Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• ODE License for Educational Aide or ability to obtain license.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.
• CPI certification preferred.
• PBIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher in reinforcing educational program and behavior plan per IEP.
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet student needs.
• Maintain clear communication with teacher for student progress.
• Help implement PBIS system and coach students in behavior management.
• Collect data and help prepare reports on time.
