Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Before School Program Leader to supervise and mentor students in an in-person setting at multiple California sites, including Fremont, CA. You will lead a group of 20–25 students, enforce core behavioral principles, and provide a safe, nurturing environment to help students reach their potential.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, district-specific unit requirements or a pre-employment test, and the ability to communicate clearly in Standard

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• District-specific 48 sem/60 quarter units and/or pass a pre-employment test.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 20–25 students in an in-person setting with strong behavior and safety standards.
• Serve as a positive adult role model through professional conduct and communication.
• Provide homework help and academic enrichment using provided curriculum.
• Assist with snack preparation, serving, and cleanup.
• Set up and break down the site and maintain a clean, orderly environment.
• Monitor student sign-in/sign-out and ensure safety during activities.
