AlphaBEST Education, Inc. seeks a Site Director for Eyestone Elementary School in Wellington, CO. Lead before/after-school programs, manage schedules, staffing, and safety while building strong family and school partnerships.

You will oversee curriculum implementation, ensure program quality, and maintain licensing compliance. A supportive team environment and opportunity to impact student learning beyond school hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Colorado Shines PDIS Level 2 or higher required.
• Previous experience leading a team or supervising staff preferred.
• Ability to work in a classroom environment and assist with activities.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; training can be provided if needed.

AlphaBEST Education Site Director: Eyestone Elementary School; 4000 Wilson Ave, Wellington, CO 80549

Pay: $20.50-$25.00/hr (based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Thursday AM/PM Split shift (6:30 am-8:30 am / 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm) Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll lead a meaningful before and after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.

In This Role, You Will

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation


• Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations


• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards


• Make child safety the top priority at all times


• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections


• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements


• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met


• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events


• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success

Requirements

• Must hold a Colorado Shines PDIS Level 2 or higher.


• Previous experience in team leadership and/or supervision is preferred.


• Ability to work in a classroom environment, including regular bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.


• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred; training can be provided if needed.
