Job summary

AlphaBEST Education Pre‑K Site Director at Lopez Elementary School in Fort Collins leads the after‑school program to ensure high‑quality experiences for students and families. • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a school‑age program or teaching setting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• Level 2 PDIS in Colorado Shines.
• To meet Colorado licensing requirements, you must be at least 21 years old and meet ONE of the following: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; at least 2 years of college and 910+ hours of verified experience; or 3 years of verified experience + 6 college credits OR 40 hours of training related to school‑age care.

Location: Lopez Elementary School; 637 Wabash St, Fort Collins, CO 80526

Schedule: Monday‑Friday AM/PM Split shift (6:30 am‑8:30 am and/or 2:00 pm ‑ 6:00 pm)
