Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a part-time Group Leader for before- and after-school programs in Westminster, CO. You will guide students through daily activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, while prioritizing safety and inclusive support.

This role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), CPR/First Aid certification, and at least 460 hours of experience with children age 4+. A flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 25 pounds are also needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• Must have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours).

Monday - Friday; AM shift: 6:30 am - 8:00/8:30 am and/or PM shift 2:00/2:30 pm - 6:00 pm.
