Job summary

AlphaBEST Education Before and After school Group Leader in Aurora, CO is a part-time role with morning and/or afternoon shifts aligned to the school day. You will guide kids through engaging activities and ensure safety across all settings, while maintaining clean spaces and strong teamwork with school staff and families.

Ideal candidates will hold a High School diploma, CPR/First Aid certification, and have hours of experience with children.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• Must have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours).

AlphaBEST Education Before and After school Group Leader

Monday - Friday; AM shift: 6:30 am - 8:00/8:30 am and/or PM shift 2:00/2:30 pm - 6:00 pm.
