AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring a Group Leader for our Before & After School Programs at Cold Spring School.

You'll lead a small group of students through daily curriculum activities, supporting learning in languages, STEAM, fitness, maker, and arts, while ensuring a safe, structured environment. This role offers hands-on leadership experience for students studying Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.

Hours: 6:45-8:30am & 2:45-6:00pm

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In This Role, You Will
