Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a part-time Before/After School Group Leader to support students at Windsor, CO area elementary schools. Schedule: 2:00/2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

You will lead activities, ensure safety, keep spaces organized, and build relationships with students, families, and school staff while gaining hands-on experience in education and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old with 460 hours of verifiable childcare experience.
• Flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

In This Role, You Will

Requirements

• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
