Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader for our before- and after-school programs in the Kenton/Independence area of Kentucky.

You will guide groups through engaging activities across world languages, STEAM, fitness, maker, and arts while ensuring child safety and a clean, supportive learning space. You’ll work two shifts (7am–9am and 3:30pm–6pm) and earn $15.00 per hour with a $200 hiring bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

Hours:: AM Shift 7am-9am Shift 3:30pm-6pm Must be able to work both shifts

• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
