Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring Group Leaders to guide students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker and Arts) at Page Jackson Elementary School and South Jefferson Elementary School.

You’ll help keep kids engaged in a safe, structured, high-energy environment. Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, 6 months of child care experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months child care experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

Hours: Monday through Friday 6:15am-9am and 3:00pm-6pm
