Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an Early Learning Group Leader for Kenton Elementary School in Independence, KY. This role supports before- and after-school programs, leading activities and ensuring a safe, structured, high-energy environment for children.

You'll build relationships with kids, families, and staff, implement curriculum activities like World Languages, STEAM, Maker, and Arts, and maintain a clean, organized space while prioritizing child safety and inclusion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• 6 months school age experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
