Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an Early Learning Professional to lead groups of students through daily curriculum activities at Brookvale Elementary and Forest Park, TK-5th Grade in Fremont, CA.

This role emphasizes child safety, structured, high-energy environments, and supportive relationships with families and staff. Applicants should have an Associate's Degree or higher, 48 college credits completed, or have passed a paraeducator exam.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher is required.
• At least 48 completed college credits.
• Successful paraeducator exam completion is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts.
• Prioritize child safety and follow procedures at all times.
• Keep the learning space clean and organized.
• Create an inclusive environment where kids feel supported.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, students, families, and school staff.

Job description

$300.00 HIRING BONUS

Location(s): Brookvale Elementary and Forest Park - TK-5th Grade

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Hours: Mon to Fri, 7 am to 6 pm (with two shifts offered) and no weekends!
