Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc seeks a Group Leader for before- and after-school programs. You will guide students through daily curricula across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, while keeping safety as the top priority.

The role emphasizes active participation, reliability, and teamwork in a structured, high-energy environment; working hours are weekdays with no weekends, and part-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required; alternative: 48 college credits or paraeducator exam.
• Must be able to work a structured, high-energy environment with children.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work flexibly with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Prioritize child safety and maintain a clean, organized space.
• Foster inclusive environment and build relationships with teammates, families, and school staff.

$300.00 HIRING BONUS

Location(s): Brookvale Elementary and Forest Park - TK-5th Grade

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Hours: Mon to Fri, 7 am to 6 pm (with two shifts offered) and no weekends!

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.

You will need one of the following to Apply:

• Associate's Degree or higher
• 48 College Completed College Credits
• Successfully passed a paraeducator exam
