Zusammenfassung

AlphaBEST Education is hiring for the 2026/2027 school year to lead before and after school activities at Helen Morgan, Alpine and Mohawk Schools. As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you’ll guide students through curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, Arts), prioritize safety, keep spaces tidy, and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates or equivalents, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain), and able to lift up to 25

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

Pay: $17.00/hour

Hours: 7:00-9:00pm & 3:00-6:00pm

Looking to gain leadership experience while you're in school?

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

We're looking for an early learning professional who:

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role, you will:

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
