Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time Group Leader to supervise and engage students before and after school at Rancho Romero Elementary School in Alamo, CA, and Creekside Elementary School in Danville, CA.

You will guide daily activities, emphasize safety, and foster an inclusive, energetic learning atmosphere. The role involves leading groups through World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts curricula, while maintaining a clean, organized space and building strong

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have 12 semester units or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

2 Location(s): Rancho Romero Elementary School Alamo, CA and Creekside Elementary School, Danville, CA
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Hours: Mon to Fri (More than one shift available) and no weekends!
