AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader Assistant at Malcolm Elementary School in Waldorf, MD.

Help shape engaging before- and after-school experiences for students in a structured, high-energy environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily curriculum activities (world languages, STEAM, fitness, maker, arts), prioritizing child safety, keeping spaces clean and organized, and building strong relationships with kids, families, and school staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• 3–6 months experience in a childcare educational setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.

• Pay: 15.00

• Hours: Monday through Friday 6:am-9:15am pm shift 3:30pm-6pm
