Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary or secondary education or the human services field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overall operation of the Child Care Program.
• Plans and directs activities, provides instruction and care for children in a wide variety of duties.
• Oversee, manage and direct staff.
• Must be aware and conform to all state and local regulations.
• Prepare and/or submit all paperwork as directed by the Coordinator.
• Must work as a team member, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Must be able to stand, walk/run and lift 10lbs.
