DESCRIPTION

Supervise the overall operation of the Child Care Program. Plans and directs activities, provides instruction and care for children in a wide variety of duties. Oversee, manage and direct staff. Must be aware and conform to all state and local regulations. Prepare and/or submit all paperwork as directed by the Coordinator.
Must work as a team member and exercise good judgement, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with team members. Must be able to manage and direct staff. Must be able to stand, walk/run and lift 10lbs.
Candidates must have patience and enjoy working with children. Prior experience working with children is required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year college or university in early childhoodeducation, child development, special education, elementary or secondary education or the human services field.
• Attach copy of college transcripts.
• Sitting, standing for long periods, bending, lifting, walking and be able to work outside in various weather conditions.
