Job summary

Kid View Inc. in Montgomery County, PA is seeking caring and energetic group leaders for our before-school program, working 7:00 AM–9:00 AM and 3:00 PM–6:00 PM, starting August 31 for the 2026/2027 school year.

This role supports children from kindergarten through 7th grade and reports to the Program Director. You will supervise children at all times, plan engaging activities, prepare snacks, and communicate with parents and school staff.

Qualifications

• Caring, nurturing, and respectful demeanor.
• Experience working with children.
• 18 years old or older.
• Degree preferred but not required.

• Preparing and serving snack
• Direct daily activities that include arts & crafts, special programs, playground time and more
• Provide excellent communication and customer service with parents and school personnel

Overview

This program is a licensed child care program that provides outstanding child care to children in Montgomery County, PA. We are currently looking for caring and respectful group leaders for our program. We are committed to hiring a high energy and hardworking staff that will ensure our program continues to provide exceptional care.

This position will begin in August 31st. The position is for School Year 2026/2027

This hours for this position are 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM.
