Healthy Kids Programs is seeking School-Age Childcare Staff for our Before and After School Program at Knowlton Township Elementary School in Delaware, NJ for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is part-time, non-exempt with morning and/or afternoon shifts that follow the school calendar.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, ensuring safety, and supporting students with guided play and homework.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or 1 year of childcare experience
• Must pass state background checks
• Must meet physical demands (lift up to 50 pounds)
• Positive, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following Healthy Kids Curriculum
• Provide a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for children
• Observe state guidelines and program policies
• Support program operations including attendance and registration
