Job summary

Right At School seeks a Substitute Educator for our before- and after-school programs in WA. You’ll deliver our dynamic curriculum, lead activities, ensure safety, and support homework. Shifts are Monday–Friday: 6:30am–9:10am and 3:40pm–6:00pm (Wed 3:00–6:00).

Join a mission-driven team that values learning and community. You’ll organize materials, document attendance, communicate with children, families and staff, and collaborate with the Program Manager on progress.

Qualifications

• Proof of High school diploma/GED required.
• Must meet state requirements (FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, MMR, Food Handler).
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Organize program materials for lessons and attendance documentation.
• Deliver our daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social learning.
• Model positive guidance and maintain safety, wellbeing and attention of all children.
• Excellent communication with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
• Meets regularly with the Program Manager regarding progress and accountability.
