Right At School is hiring an Educator in the Peninsula School District, Gig Harbor, WA. You will prepare activities and curriculum for the day, lead structured activities, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, teamwork, at least 1 year with children, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Pay is $18-20/hr with shifts before and after school.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review goals and updates in daily program meetings.
• Prepare activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
• Lead structured daily fitness and curriculum activities for all ages.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
