Job summary

Right At School in Bonney Lake, WA is seeking an energetic Educator to support before- and after-school programs. You will lead daily activities, ensure safety, and help children aged 5–12 explore and learn in a nurturing environment.

This part-time role offers $18–$20 per hour based on education and experience, with morning and after-school shifts, plus benefits through the program and opportunities to support additional local programs as needed.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (preferred).
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in program meetings.
• Prepare and lead activities and curriculum aligned with objectives.
• Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and age-appropriate programs.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
