Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a BEES Program Supervisor in Santa Fe Springs, CA to coordinate daily BEES operations, supervise staff, conduct outbound outreach, and support survey scheduling, reporting, and client support. Travel 30–40% as needed.

The role ensures program compliance with guidelines, reviews survey documentation, and provides day-to-day guidance on customer service and process improvements in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, energy, environmental science, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Minimum of two years of experience in program coordination, operations, or a related role, preferably in energy efficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and databases; experience with CRM systems.
• Bilingual; Spanish or other language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily BEES program operations, including customer outreach, survey scheduling, field activity support, application review, reporting, pipeline management, and database updates.
• Supervise assigned program staff by delegating work, monitoring priorities, supporting training, coaching performance, and escalating staffing or performance concerns to the Senior Manager.
• Conduct outbound calling and targeted outreach to large prospective customers; oversee team calling activity to generate leads and promote energy efficiency surveys.
• Represent and promote the BEES program at events, trade shows, community meetings, industry forums, and other outreach opportunities.
• Review survey documentation, customer reports, energy savings calculations, required paperwork, and related submittals for completeness, accuracy, quality, and compliance with program requirements.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to staff on customer service, issue resolution, program procedures, survey documentation, report preparation, and client expectations.
• Monitor outreach, survey production, pipeline status, QA/QC findings, customer feedback, and documentation completion; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to the Senior Manager.
