Responsibilities include cash handling, cross-training as needed, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring alcohol is served only in designated areas. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of age for alcohol service and complete local certifications as required.
• Safely handle cash and operate the POS/register with accuracy.
• Provide excellent Guest service and maintain a friendly attitude.
• Communicate effectively with Guests and team members in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests promptly and professionally.
• Know the bar and menu items to upsell and assist Guests.
• Record orders accurately and process transactions.
• Verify legal age for alcohol, ensure alcohol is served in designated areas.
• Explain daily specials and make menu recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and proper PPE usage.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Adapt to staffing needs by cross-training as needed.
