7G Distributing in Davenport, IA is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to grow beer brand distribution across assigned accounts. You will conduct structured sales calls, merchandise shelves, and train retailers on product placement.

Qualifications

• 1-year sales/related on the job experience preferred.
• 2-year degree preferred unless experience meets requirement.
• Computer knowledge includes Microsoft Windows, Office Suite and Web Based Applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain structured sales call frequency for all assigned accounts.
• Maintain positive relationships with all accounts and work with team.
• Increase volume and distribution for assigned accounts as per annual plan and reports.
• Sell new package placements and tap handles as directed by monthly goal.
• Dominate merchandising in all assigned accounts and ensure orders meet needs.
• Advise retailers on selling, merchandising and pricing products; prioritize retailer needs.
