Job summary

Doll Distributing in Des Moines, IA seeks a Draught Specialist to ensure quality service, proper draught line installation and timely responses to calls. You will work with customers to keep operations compliant with company policies.

The role supports the Sales department with line maintenance, keg systems and retailer relationships, typically 8am-5pm, 40-50 hours weekly, on 1st shift. Requires high school diploma and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Must be 19 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Basic mechanical background.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Clean draught lines every 14 days by disassembling and reassembling.
Follow guidelines for cleaning draught lines and maintain keg couplers.
Ensure CO2 pressure and temperatures are within guidelines, maintain faucets and check gaskets.
Respond to service calls and troubleshoot draught line problems.
Install new draught lines and systems at customer accounts when necessary.
Build retailer relationships and sales by delivering service.
Monitor competitive activity for assigned categories.
