7G Distributing is a premier beer distributor serving Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Dubuque, Davenport, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on receiving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and shipment of product while maintaining inventory accuracy and cleanliness in the warehouse.

Essential tasks include unloading and loading, inventory counts, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Candidates must be able to lift heavy weights, stand long hours, and hold a valid driver’s license, with

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 165 lbs at times, repetitively.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from suppliers and complete receiving paperwork.
• Load product onto trucks for delivery drivers and hot shots.
• Transfer product between pick locations and restock flow racks.
• Deliver and stage products for same-day delivery and next-day routes.
• Conduct daily physical inventory counts and report to Operations Manager.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and related equipment daily.
• Repack damaged product and participate in warehouse meetings.
• Follow OSHA and company safety training and keep the warehouse clean.
