Job summary

7G Distributing, LLC in Davenport, IA is seeking a LOCAL CDL A Budweiser Driver to join our team. This is a 4-day work week (Tuesday through Friday) with a focus on on-time deliveries and compliance with DOT regulations.

You will train for the CDL exam in-house and progress through hands-on route driving, with benefits including health insurance, PTO from day one, paid holidays, and a 401(k) match. Advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Completed all Entry Level Driver Training requirements.
• Valid commercial driver’s license within 90 days of employment.
• Meet motor vehicle insurability requirements.
• Be able to bend, stoop, push and pull repetitively at times.
• Have the ability to lift up to 165 lbs. periodically.

Responsibilities

• Dress and maintain a professional appearance, wear required uniform daily.
• Check the delivery truck in the morning per DOT requirements.
• Put away deliveries and rotate stock per guidelines.
• Collect payments and sign delivery tickets with retailers.
• Drive delivery vehicle along assigned route safely and on time.
• Address customer complaints in a courteous manner.
• Maintain a friendly rapport with account managers and customers.
• Complete paperwork such as invoices, load sheets and reconciliations.
• Maintain a clean truck and trailer at day end.
