Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company in Norton, MA is seeking a Brand Development Manager to drive beer sales and brand awareness across the MA Territory. You will lead in-trade and off-trade accounts, support the sales team, and execute programs to enhance pricing, promotions, and display activation.

The role requires 3–5 years of industry sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of beer; Cicerone or similar certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of industry related sales experience within the distribution, hospitality or supplier community.
• Strong knowledge of beer; Cicerone or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell to accounts in trade channels including On and Off-Premise, regional, and national customers.
• Lead in the field to drive brand success and support sales teams.
• Implement programs within accounts to ensure pricing, promotions, and display activation.
