Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking an On-Premise Representative to build relationships with bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues in the Riverside area. You will drive beer distribution, educate staff, and activate brand programs across on-premise accounts.

This role requires a passion for beer, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the market. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year outside sales experience are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience preferred.
• Approximately 1 year of proven results-oriented outside sales or within the food & beverage industry preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with on-premise accounts within the territory.
• Achieve sales targets and distribution by executing initiatives and increasing volume at accounts.
• Conduct regular account visits for product placement, stock rotation, and POS material execution.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand Constellation Brands’ market presence in on-premise accounts.
• Ensure on-premise strategies and priorities are executed across assigned accounts.
