Job summary

Glazer's Beer & Beverage in El Paso, TX is seeking a Sales Representative to maximize the sale of supplier brands through strategic territory planning, selling, and customer relationship management. You will make regular sales calls to assigned accounts to build satisfaction with service and achieve company objectives.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel, with qualifications including an AA or equivalent and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school plus six months to two years' sales experience.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.
• Ability to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit and must be 21+.
• Maintain auto liability and property damage insurance and rental insurance at all times.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Willing to travel overnight and participate in meetings and events.
• Basic math and data interpretation for commissions and sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.
• Research and present sales reports and quota attainment in team meetings.
• Provide sales account management support; analyze activity to meet quotas and placements.
• Recommend programs using full knowledge of the supplier's portfolio.
• Provide first line of customer support by documenting interactions and resolving issues.
• Understand customer needs and adhere to selling processes and policies.
• Participate in sales projects, evaluations, and proposals.
• Ensure accurate order information and perform day-to-day sales order entry.
• Understand product assortment and guide customers on POS materials.
• Describe market trends and align with company plans on product trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
