Responsibilities/Requirements

Beeline often integrates with HRIS, ERP, and third-party tools. Key integration technologies include:

• API Development & Consumption:
  • REST, SOAP
  • JSON, XML
• Middleware tools:
  • Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or custom middleware
• ETL tools:
  • Informatica, Talend, or similar
• File transfer and job scheduling:
  • FTP/SFTP, CRON
• Programming & Scripting:
  • JavaScript, Python, or Groovy (for automation and transformation)
• SQL:
  • .NET or Java (less common, but used in some enterprise environments)
• Reporting & Analytics:
  • Experience with Beeline’s reporting engine (if internal)
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SAP BO for external analytics
  • Data modeling and dashboard building
• Enterprise Systems Knowledge:
  • Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, etc.
• Additional connections:
  • Timekeeping systems
  • Finance/accounting systems (for invoicing)
  • Identity and access systems (for SSO/SSO)

• Optional but helpful:
  • Familiarity with other VMS platforms (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Coupa, Work Market)
  • Experience in staffing/vendor management
  • Certifications (if available through Beeline or a partner)
