Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with dashboards, Excel, and data visualization.
• Advanced Excel and strong reporting/analytics knowledge.
• Know-how of Workday and VMS tools; Beeline preferred.
• Beeline issue resolution from a business perspective.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of contractor records and ensure data integrity.
• Translate complex datasets into clear reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify data discrepancies and drive resolutions with cross-functional teams.
• Use Excel, Power BI, and analytics platforms to surface actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Beeline operations: monitor transactions, run compliance checks, ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Beeline and program reports.
• Support other contingent workforce projects as needed.
