The role identifies calves, growers, and cooperatives, ensuring onboarding for nutrition programs, data capture, and contractual requirements while collaborating with internal teams to grow the supply and deliver value across the chain.

Qualifications

• Four-year agriculture degree required.
• Five years of experience in the cooperative, dairy, or beef space.
• Ability to travel 50% to 75%.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to build relationships across the value chain.

Responsibilities

• Identify calves, growers, and cooperatives for participation in the Beef Value Chain.
• Ensure onboarding of cattle and customers specific to nutritional programs, data capture, and contractual arrangements.
• Meet or exceed value chain enrollment expectations.
• Develop strategic relationships and partnerships across the Young Animal space.
• Collaborate with Purina and cooperative partners.
• Manage day-to-day operations of young animal supply, especially at the nursery.
• Identify, develop, and enroll new participants in the value chain.
• Contribute to strategies that strengthen competitive positioning and deliver value to all participants.
