Job summary

Elanco, based in Indianapolis, is seeking a Senior Associate - Beef Marketing (Food Services) to lead agency transitions and manage the Beef BU budget. This hybrid role partners with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and cost discipline.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in marketing coordination, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with PromoMats and vendor management. Hybrid work from Indianapolis HQ is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a high-level administrative role.
• Industry knowledge in pharmaceutical, animal health, or agricultural sectors is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with external creative/marketing agencies during onboarding or transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition processes between agency partners to ensure seamless Beef marketing initiatives.
• Manage OPEX budget, track spend, and provide monthly forecasting updates.
• Oversee asset transfers, agency onboarding, and adherence to brand standards and PromoMats workflows.
• Coordinate events, tradeshows, and NSMs, including booth selection and on-site logistics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Sales teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
