Responsibilities

• Provides polite, friendly greetings and interactions with guests.
• Prepares knife-ready meat/seafood products according to standards.
• Assists in receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Prices, stocks, and rotates frozen items, prepared meats, and seafood.
• Maintains safety and sanitation in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
• Maintains high quality and freshness of products; ensure in-date items.
• Communicates shrink issues to management.
• Communicates guest requests/concerns to management.
• Makes PA announcements for sale and promotions in the meat/seafood department.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
