Responsibilities

• Provides polite, friendly greetings and interactions with guests.
• Prepares knife-ready products for sale according to standards.
• Assists in product receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Prices, stocks, and rotates frozen items, prepared meats, and seafood.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards in meat/seafood areas.
• Ensures products are in date and fresh.
• Communicates shrink issues to management.
• Relays guest requests/concerns to management.
• Makes PA announcements for meat/seafood promos.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
