Job summary

You will greet guests, prepare knife-ready items, maintain cold storage, monitor dates, and assist with receiving and stocking. The role requires ability to lift heavy items, work in a cold environment, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Genuine guest-service focus with strong selling abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs constantly.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides polite, friendly greetings and interactions with guests.
• Prepares knife-ready products for sale according to Lowes Foods standards.
• Assists in product receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Prices, stocks, and rotates frozen items, prepared meats, and fresh meat/seafood.
• Maintains safety and sanitation in all meat/seafood prep areas and storage.
• Maintains high quality and freshness with products available for sale.
• Communicates shrink issues to management.
• Makes PA announcements for sale and promotional items.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
