Lowes Foods, LLC in Pittsboro is seeking a Meat/Seafood Department Associate to provide friendly guest service and sell through strong interaction. You will prepare knife-ready products, assist with receiving and inventory, and ensure accurate pricing and freshness in a cold environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, communicating guest needs to management, and making PA announcements for promos while supporting department goals and standards.

Formación

• Friendly guest service and selling skills are essential.
• Ability to work well with others and interact with guests.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb occasionally and 25 lb continually.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Must work in a cold environment and maintain safety standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Provides polite, friendly greetings and interactions with guests in the department.
• Prepares knife-ready meat/seafood products per Lowes Foods standards.
• Assists in product receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Prices, stocks, and rotates frozen items, prepared meats, and seafood.
• Maintains safety and sanitation in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
• Maintains high quality and freshness; ensures products are in date.
• Communicates shrink issues to management.
• Communicates guest requests/concerns to management.
• Makes PA announcements for sale and promotional items in the meat/seafood department.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
