Lowes Foods in Greer, SC seeks a Meat & Seafood Associate to deliver exceptional guest service in the department, using selling skills and merchandising to engage guests and maximize sales.

You will prepare knife-ready products, assist with receiving and inventory, price and rotate items, and uphold stringent safety and sanitation standards in cold environments. A friendly, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Formación

• Good interpersonal and selling skills with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs constantly.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Provides polite, friendly greetings and interactions with guests, creating a selling environment.
• Prepares knife-ready products for sale (cut, slice, trim, wrap, weigh, and price) according to standards.
• Assists in product receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Prices, stocks, and rotates frozen items, prepared meats, and fresh meat/seafood in sales areas.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
• Ensures products are in date and of high quality and freshness.
• Communicates shrink issues and guest requests to management.
• Makes PA announcements for meat/seafood promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
