Role Overview

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily plant production activities, ensuring targets for safety, quality, efficiency, and yield are consistently achieved. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of beef processing operations, a focus on people development, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of daily production to meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals.
• Supervise, train, and develop production teams to maintain high standards of performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including HACCP, GMP, and USDA/FSIS standards.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement strategies to improve yield, throughput, and cost control.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in processes, equipment, and team performance.
• Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Support scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation to meet demand requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
