Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time and ready to work in proper attire.
• Follows HACCP and safety protocols; maintains cleanliness and equipment.
• Perform opening/closing duties and prep work as directed by Production Manager.
• Breaks down carcasses and cuts meat into primal and retail portions as specified.
• Clean production areas; coordinate with team to sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Assist with packaging meats and other tasks as needed.
