DemKota Ranch Beef in Aberdeen, SD is hiring entry level meat processing workers. Responsibilities include removing bones and cutting meat to spec for distribution, packaging trimmed product for vacuum sealing, and placing sealed items into boxes for distribution.

Equipment used includes knives, saws, air knives, scales and related machinery in a cold environment. Candidates must be 18+, able to work Saturdays, and commit to a fast-paced, safety-conscious team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work at a fast pace in a cold environment.
• Reliable transportation to the workplace.
• Ability to follow safety rules and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Remove bones and cut meat to specified standards for distribution.
• Package trimmed product into bags for vacuum sealing and box for distribution.
• Operate knives, saws, scales and related equipment as directed.
• Maintain production schedules and teamwork under supervision.
