Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Trim Line Production Worker to join our beef processing team. You will trim excess fat and tissue, inspect products, and help maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

You must safely handle knives and tools, follow HACCP procedures, and work with teammates to meet daily production goals. Flexibility for shifts, overtime and weekends is required; prior meat processing is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat processing preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn trimming and knife-handling techniques.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Trim excess fat, tissue and other material from beef products according to specifications.
• Use knives and other production tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain required production speed while performing accurate work.
• Follow HACCP, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Identify and report quality, equipment or safety concerns.
• Work cooperatively with team to meet daily goals.
• Follow supervisor instructions and perform other duties as assigned.
• Work scheduled shifts, overtime and weekends as required.
