Job summary

You will stand for long shifts, handle knives and equipment, verify product quality, weigh and box finished goods, and cooperate with the Production Supervisor to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand a minimum of eight hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, in wet or humid conditions.
• Experience in manufacturing or food-processing environment preferred.
• Good reading, writing and math skills; basic comprehension of English.

Responsibilities

• Unpackaging, processing, trimming, or packaging meat products to specifications.
• Operate equipment like slicers and grinders and monitor materials.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation per SQF, HACCP, and CCP procedures.
• Work as a team to pack and box finished products and move pallets.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
