ClearSky Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide direct bedside care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role focuses on compassionate, non-invasive patient support and alignment with company values.

Responsibilities include assisting with basic care, monitoring vitals, documenting inputs/outputs, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. The candidate will work with the care team to support healing and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 2 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Current BLS required.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and proper body mechanics.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others; maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct bedside care (bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming) and document vitals and intake/output.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Prepare units and rooms, keep beds and areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to patient rounding expectations and infection prevention standards.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff; respond to calls and requests promptly.
• Assist in designating charges to patients using the hospital's system.
