Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a Hospital Based Patient Advocate to guide uninsured hospital patients through financial assistance processes at the bedside, in a hospital setting. Qualifications

• Some college coursework preferred.
• Prior hospital or healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured hospital patients at bedside to determine eligibility for programs.
• Complete applications and follow through until approval.
• Document cases accurately in Elevate PFS and hospital systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage workload queues.
• Collaborate with hospital staff, case managers, and social workers.
