Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and adoption assessments with enterprise customers to identify patterns that accelerate Bedrock transition from pilot to production at scale
• Own the value narrative for Bedrock adoption; build a defensible ROI case for token spend and align stakeholders around a shared path to value
• Bring technical depth to earn credibility with customer engineering teams; diagnose root causes of blockers even when hands-on work is done by customers/partners/SA
• Maintain cross-functional alignment between engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to clear adoption blockers
• Establish adoption health baselines and track progress against business-value KPIs such as cost per inference and PoC-to-production time
