Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is growing and seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to assist customers in selecting mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. Expect a busy, team-oriented environment with an emphasis on excellent service and product knowledge.

You will work 40–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced retail setting and engage customers with a friendly, informative approach to improve sleep quality.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Availability for retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH system to guide recommendations.
• Provide a relaxed, high-quality shopping experience and build customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain showroom presentation.
